Logging into the portal can only be done using your institutional personal email account details (full email address and the password for that account):

Selection Process Calendar - OCTOBER 2025

In October 2025, students of Transilvania University of Brașov have the opportunity to participate in a new selection session for long-term Erasmus+ mobilities (minimum 2 months) for study and traineeship within the KA131 and KA171 projects as follows:

  • Study Mobility (SMS) carried out in the 2nd semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
  • Traineeship Mobility (SMT) carried out as a student in the summer of 2026.
  • Traineeship Mobility (SMT) carried out as a recent graduate – students in their final year of Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate studies may apply.

Stages of the Competition

I. Language Proficiency Testing

October 1 – 21, 2025: completing the Erasmus+ language testing on the OLS online platform: https://academy.europa.eu/local/euacademy/pages/course/community-overview.php?title=learn-a-new-language

This will only be taken by students who cannot otherwise provide proof of language skills for the foreign language in which the mobility will take place. An account will be created using the institutional email address, the OLS test is performed, and the language certificate is saved to be later uploaded to the Erasmus+ portal. (Short OLS tutorial)

II. Selection Competition for Erasmus+ Mobilities

  1. October 1 – 21, 2025: online submission of application files on the portal: https://erasmus.unitbv.ro. Logging into the portal will be done exclusively with the institutional personal email account details. All documents comprising the application file will be uploaded to the portal.
  2. October 22 – 29, 2025: evaluation of application files and selection by the Erasmus+ Selection, Equivalence, and Recognition Committees (C-SER) at the faculty/department level.
  3. Starting October 30, 2025: nomination of selected students to the host institutions by Erasmus+ coordinators.
  4. October 30, 2025: submission of selection minutes by coordinators to the Erasmus+ Office and updating the Erasmus+ Portal with the selection results.
